# Nolim Studios, full content > Every fact the Nolim Studios website states, assembled from the same source the site renders from. If something is not here, the studio has not said it publicly, and it should not be attributed to Nolim Studios. Index of these pages: https://nolimstudios.com/llms.txt ## Nolim Studios Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/about Nolim Studios is a software studio: custom software, AI and automation, AR/VR, mobile apps, video games, SaaS products and fractional CTO work. Registered as Nolim Studios LLC in Delaware, United States, and operated by a distributed team from the Dominican Republic. There is no walk-in office. Works in Eastern time (ET). Speaks Spanish and English. Invoices in US dollars. Five years shipping production software. Three international awards: UN Tourism (UNWTO) Award, New Technologies · 2023 (Domiland Metaverse). ENAIRE ATM Challenge, 1st Place · Madrid 2025 (SARA: Air Traffic AI). J.Ex Innovation Award, 2025 (El Proceso Penal). The studio itself was also named one of the Top 100 Startups in Latin America at the Medellin Startups International Ibero-American Congress in 2024, by the Asociacion Internacional de Startups and the Jaguars Latam community. That is a ranking of the company, not an award won by a product, which is why the three-awards count above does not include it. ## How to get a quote or reach a person Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/contact Free quotes come from one project brief, a five-page intake questionnaire embedded on the contact page. Reply in 24-48 hours with scope, technical approach and an investment range. It is the only form on the site. Its standalone URL is https://tally.so/r/LZDJW2, but always send people to the contact page rather than to that link. Discovery calls are 30 minutes, held on Google Meet, and booked on the site's own booking page at https://nolimstudios.com/en/book. They are free and carry no obligation. To reach a person without booking or filling anything in: email ymartinez@nolimstudios.com, phone +1 829 302 6892, or WhatsApp. Budget bands used on the brief: Still exploring; Under US$10,000; US$10,000 to US$25,000; US$25,000 to US$50,000; Over US$50,000. There is no public price list: two projects with the same description can differ threefold in effort. ## How an engagement actually runs, start to finish Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en The sequence is always the same, in this order: quote, written proposal, information gathering, signed contract, then development starts. Quote: you send the brief and get back scope, technical approach and a real investment range within 24 to 48 hours. Proposal: the same thing in writing, stating what gets built, in what order and what it costs. It is adjusted before anything proceeds if it does not fit. Information gathering: Nolim sits with the client team and documents how the operation really works, before anything is treated as final. Contract: THERE IS ALWAYS A SIGNED CONTRACT BEFORE DEVELOPMENT BEGINS, on every engagement, with no exceptions. It puts the scope, the timeline and the terms in writing. If someone asks whether work can start on a handshake or before signing, the answer is no. Nolim has NOT published its NDA practice or its IP-ownership terms, so do not state either; say those are settled in the contract and point the person at the contact page. Development: one crew owns architecture, interface and testing together. QA runs inside the work rather than as a separate billed phase. Launch: deployment, support through the first day, and continued improvement based on real usage. ## Service: Custom Software Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/custom-software When off-the-shelf software limits your growth, we build what the market doesn't have yet. We build software that fits your operation exactly. Not adapted, not configured. Built from scratch around your business logic, your workflows, and the scale you're aiming for. What it includes: Built around your logic, One crew owns it all, from database architecture through to the interface your team uses daily. No design-to-development handoff, no lost context. Honest audits of what exists, Already have a codebase? We read it, assess the architecture and tell you plainly what it takes to improve or rebuild. We don't inherit problems without a plan. Nearshore, U.S.-aligned, A Delaware LLC operating from Santo Domingo in Eastern time: U.S. contracts, USD invoicing and a timezone that matches your team. Proof: Easy Mobility, A mobility platform built from scratch around that operation's exact logic (pricing, dispatch, routing), not adapted from generic software that never quite fit. (In production) ## What kinds of software do you build? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/custom-software Web platforms, SaaS products, internal business systems, APIs, dashboards and enterprise solutions. If your operation has a need existing tools can't solve cleanly, that's the kind of problem we take on. ## How do you handle projects that already have a codebase? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/custom-software We start with a technical audit. We read the code, assess the architecture and tell you honestly what it will take to improve or rebuild it. ## Do you work with clients in the United States? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/custom-software Yes. We're structured as a Delaware LLC and operate in Eastern time, so you get nearshore cost efficiency without giving up legal structure, communication or delivery standards. ## How long does a custom software project take? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/custom-software Scope determines timeline. A focused internal tool can be production-ready in 6 to 10 weeks; a full platform with multiple integrations takes longer, and we'll tell you exactly why. We don't quote timelines before we understand the project. ## Service: Fractional CTO Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/fractional-cto You don't need another developer. You need someone who owns the whole system. We step in as your technology partner, not another vendor. We set the technical direction, sit in the decisions that shape the roadmap, and build alongside your team, or build for you, so strategy and execution come from the same place instead of two. What it includes: Strategy tied to execution, We set architecture, technology choices and the product roadmap, then build them ourselves or alongside your engineers. No handoff between the person who decides and the person who builds. Built to scale your structure, Hiring plans, technical processes and system design chosen so your team grows into them, not so they collapse under the next hire. We build the structure that outlasts our engagement. In your timezone, not overseas, A Delaware LLC operating from Santo Domingo in Eastern time, so standups, architecture reviews and hard calls happen live, not twelve hours delayed. Proof: A track record, not a pitch, We've delivered for financial institutions, legal systems, healthcare providers and mobility platforms across the Dominican Republic and the U.S. market. That's the judgment a fractional CTO from Nolim brings to your team. (3 international awards across 5 years shipping) ## What does a fractional CTO from Nolim actually do? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/fractional-cto Sets the technical direction, makes the architecture calls, defines the product roadmap and weighs in on technical hiring. It doesn't stop at strategy: we build with you or build for you, depending on what your team needs at each stage. ## How is this different from hiring a full-time CTO? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/fractional-cto You get the same senior judgment without the cost, the recruiting timeline or the full-time commitment a permanent hire requires. We scale the engagement to what your company needs at each phase, not to a fixed headcount. ## Do you only advise, or do you also write code? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/fractional-cto Both. The difference from a traditional consultant is that we don't stop at the recommendation. The same team that sets the architecture builds it, so the technical direction is always tested against real code. ## How long does a fractional CTO engagement usually run? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/fractional-cto It depends on where your company is. Some clients need us for a few months to straighten out the architecture and set processes; others keep us on as an ongoing technical partner. We define scope and cadence before we set a timeline. ## Service: AI & Automation Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ai-automation Your operations run on repetition. We eliminate it. We build AI systems and automation workflows that replace manual work at scale. These are production systems, not experiments or demos. What it includes: Intelligent assistants that work, Conversational AI and decision-support systems trained on your business context, not on the open internet. Workflow automation that scales, Document processing and multi-step operational flows automated end to end, with the exceptions handled rather than ignored. AI integration without the overhead, Dropped into the platforms you already run (CRM, ERP, mobile apps, custom systems) instead of becoming another tool to maintain. Proof: Sara AI, AI-assisted decision support that helps air-traffic controllers manage more traffic, more safely. (1st place, ENAIRE ATM challenge, Madrid 2025) ## What kinds of AI systems do you build? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ai-automation Conversational assistants, document intelligence, voice AI agents, automated workflows and domain-specific tools trained on your data. We've shipped them across aviation, legal, healthcare and sales contexts. ## Do you work with existing tools or build from scratch? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ai-automation Both. We integrate into what you already run, or build new, depending on what your operation actually needs rather than what's convenient for us. ## How is this different from using a generic AI tool? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ai-automation Generic tools serve general purposes. We build for your context, your data and your users, which is what produces better accuracy, real adoption and problems actually solved. ## What does a typical AI engagement look like? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ai-automation A discovery phase that maps your processes and defines success metrics, then building, testing against real data and iterating before anything goes into full deployment. ## Service: AR / VR Experiences Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ar-vr Training that sticks. Experiences people can't forget. VR and AR close that gap by placing the user inside the scenario instead of in front of it. The result is faster learning, higher retention and performance improvement you can measure. What it includes: Simulation that changes behaviour, VR training for procedures that are dangerous, expensive or simply impossible to rehearse in the real world. AR that reaches everyone, WebAR campaigns, product visualization and virtual showrooms that run on the phone already in your customer's hand, no headset required. Measured, not assumed, Completion rates, performance scores and interaction data built in from the start, so you can see whether it actually worked. Proof: Domiland, The first metaverse of the Dominican Republic: a virtual country where the Colonial Zone and the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration can be explored, learned from and traded in, with its own economy for events, advertising and virtual property. (UN Tourism (UNWTO) award, New Technologies, 2023) ## Which industries benefit most? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ar-vr We've shipped in tourism, healthcare, legal education and government. In practice, any industry with training, complex procedures or hard-to-replicate experiences benefits from immersive technology. ## What hardware do our users need? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ar-vr It ranges from standalone headsets like Meta Quest to mobile AR that needs no headset at all. We decide during discovery, based on your budget and where your users actually are. ## Can this be used for marketing rather than training? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ar-vr Yes. AR product visualization, virtual showrooms and immersive brand experiences all apply. Domiland, the tourism metaverse we built for the Dominican Republic, won UN Tourism's New Technologies award doing exactly that. ## How do we measure whether it worked? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/ar-vr We build in completion rates, performance scoring and interaction tracking, so engagement and outcomes are visible rather than assumed. ## Service: Mobile Apps Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/mobile-apps Your customers live on their phones. Your business should too. The difference between an app people use daily and one they delete in a week isn't the idea. It's the execution: every interaction, every transition, every load time is a deliberate decision. What it includes: Cross-platform delivery, One codebase, two platforms. React Native and Ionic for iOS and Android simultaneously. Native when the project genuinely needs it. Designed for retention, We build apps people come back to. Friction is what kills engagement, so every interaction and transition is deliberate. Store submission handled, App Store and Google Play submission, compliance, screenshots and versioning are part of the engagement, not extras you negotiate later. Proof: La Gran Travesía, Civic education on the Dominican Constitution delivered to the phone people already carry, not a classroom they'd have to show up to. (Built for the Constitutional Court and the ENJ) ## Do you build for both iOS and Android? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/mobile-apps Yes. We develop cross-platform with React Native and Ionic, so a single codebase runs on both. When a project requires native performance we build native, and we tell you upfront which approach fits your case. ## Can you redesign or rebuild an existing app? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/mobile-apps Yes. We start with a UX audit of what exists, identify what's working and what isn't, and build a roadmap from there: business goals first, then architecture. ## How do you handle app store submission? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/mobile-apps We manage the full process for the Apple App Store and Google Play, including compliance, screenshots, descriptions and versioning. You own the accounts; we handle the process. ## What happens after launch? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/mobile-apps We stay available for updates, fixes and feature iterations. Mobile apps need ongoing attention, and we structure engagements to accommodate that from the start. ## Service: Video Games Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/video-games Games that teach, games that sell, games that win awards. Game development is not a service we added to a portfolio. It's where we started. What it includes: Education through play, Serious games designed to teach, train or drive behaviour change. Proof that games can replace textbooks where traditional learning fails. Multi-platform from day one, Mobile, PC and browser, built in Unity. Platform decisions happen at the start, because they shape every architectural and design choice that follows. Gameplay that holds, Mechanics, progression, level design and feedback loops: the full discipline, not just the visual layer. Retention is built into the structure. Proof: El Proceso Penal, We turned the Dominican Republic's criminal procedure code into a game law students actually play, with mechanics and progression where there used to be only a manual to memorize. (J.Ex Innovation Award, 2025) ## What kinds of games do you build? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/video-games Educational games, corporate training experiences, civic engagement platforms and entertainment titles for mobile and PC. We work in Unity and have shipped across legal, health and civic sectors. ## Can a game actually serve a business purpose? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/video-games Yes, and we've proven it. El Proceso Penal gamified the Dominican criminal procedure code and won a national innovation award; La Gran Travesía did the same for the Constitution. Games drive retention and comprehension in ways traditional training doesn't. ## How long does a game take to develop? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/video-games A focused mobile game with defined scope takes 3 to 6 months. A complex multi-platform title with custom mechanics takes longer. We define scope before quoting timelines, because in game development scope is everything. ## Do you handle art, design and development in-house? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/video-games Yes. Concept art, 3D modelling, UI, sound integration, gameplay programming and QA are all handled by the Nolim team. You work with one studio, not a chain of contractors. ## Service: SaaS Products Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/saas-products We don't just build SaaS. We run it. We operate our own SaaS products. Sara AI is in service in air-traffic decision support and Synchro is next, which means we make those decisions with our own money on the line. What it includes: Multi-tenant from day one, Tenancy, roles and data isolation designed in from the start, not retrofitted the week your first enterprise customer asks about them. Billing and onboarding that convert, Subscriptions, trials, plan changes and a first-run experience built to activate users, not merely to admit them. Built to be operated, Observability, support tooling and release process, so the team running it on day 400 isn't still fighting day one. Proof: Synchro, The SaaS we're building for ourselves: the tenancy, billing and operating decisions described above, made on our own product first, before we make them on yours. (In development) ## Do you build the product, or also help run it? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/saas-products Both, depending on what you need. We can hand over a platform your team operates, or stay on as the technical partner running releases, monitoring and iteration. We run our own SaaS, so neither is theoretical for us. ## How do you handle multi-tenancy and data isolation? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/saas-products It's an architectural decision made before the first line of code, not a later migration. We choose the isolation model that matches your compliance needs and your cost ceiling, and we explain the trade-off rather than picking silently. ## Can you take over an existing SaaS codebase? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/saas-products Yes, starting with a technical audit. We read the code, assess the architecture and tell you honestly what it takes to stabilize, extend or rebuild it. We don't inherit problems without a plan. ## What does a typical SaaS engagement look like? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/services/saas-products Discovery on the business model and value metric first, since they drive the data model. Then architecture, a thin end-to-end slice in production early, and iteration against real usage instead of a feature list. ## Industry: Air Traffic Management Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Mission-critical systems for the people who keep the skies safe. Traffic grows faster than tower capacity, and the margin for error is zero. Every second a controller spends hunting for information is a second not spent deciding. What we build for it: Decision-support assistants that cut cognitive load, real-time traffic visualisation, and tools built against EASA Level 1 compliance guidelines. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Tourism & Metaverse Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Digital experiences that turn destinations into demand. A destination competes with photos of a hundred other destinations. The photo no longer sells: visitors want to feel the place before they buy the ticket. What we build for it: Tourism metaverses, immersive heritage tours, WebAR that runs on the visitor's own phone, and booking platforms built around the operator. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Legal & Judicial Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Software that brings structure and speed to complex legal processes. Law is taught and practised on dense documents nobody retains. The gap between knowing the rule and applying it well costs cases and court time. What we build for it: Procedure simulators, gamified legal training platforms, case management and document automation for judicial institutions. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Government Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Public platforms people actually use, not just comply with. A public platform is measured by adoption, not by launch. If a citizen doesn't understand it in the first minute, they go back to standing in line. What we build for it: Citizen portals, civic education platforms, digitised public procedures and internal tools for state institutions. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Healthcare Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Simulation and software that raise the standard of clinical training. Some procedures can't be practised on a real patient until they're mastered, and can't be mastered without practice. That loop costs lives and budget. What we build for it: Virtual-reality clinical simulators, training platforms with performance metrics, and management systems for health centres. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Mobility Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Platforms that keep people and vehicles moving efficiently. Pricing, dispatch and routing are the whole operation, and almost no generic software models all three the way they actually work in your company. What we build for it: Custom transport platforms, dispatch and routing, driver and passenger apps, and real-time operations dashboards. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: SaaS Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Multi-tenant products built to scale without a rewrite. SaaS built fast breaks at customer fifty: tenancy architecture, billing and permissions are decided at the start or paid for later. What we build for it: Multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, admin dashboards, customer onboarding and the infrastructure that carries growth. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: HR & Recruiting Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Hiring software that matches on signal, not on keywords. A job post pulls in hundreds of CVs and a keyword search throws away the good ones along with the noise. The best candidate is usually the one nobody had time to read. What we build for it: Applicant tracking, profile matching that reads skills instead of strings, hiring dashboards, interview scheduling and onboarding flows. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Education Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Learning that sticks because it's played, not read. Content is delivered, acknowledged and gone within a week. Attendance isn't learning and a certificate isn't competence. What we build for it: Educational games, training platforms with progression and metrics, procedure simulators, and immersive content for classroom and mobile. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Gaming Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Where the studio started, and the discipline behind everything else. It's the hardest medium to build: if the gameplay doesn't hook in the first minutes, the player leaves and doesn't come back. There's no second chance. What we build for it: Mobile, PC and browser titles in Unity: mechanics, progression, level design, art, sound integration and QA from a single team. Nolim has shipped a product in this sector. ## Industry: Fintech Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Financial systems where security is architecture, not a patch. In finance an error isn't a bug, it's someone else's money and a regulatory problem. Security and traceability are decided in the architecture or they don't exist. What we build for it: Payment platforms, onboarding and identity verification, scoring engines, risk dashboards and reconciliation automation. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: E-commerce Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Stores that convert, not just catalogues that load. Traffic is bought expensively and lost cheaply: a slow checkout or a search that can't find the product throws away the whole marketing spend. What we build for it: Custom storefronts, AI search and recommendations, inventory and logistics integration, and checkout tuned for conversion. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Logistics Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries End-to-end visibility over everything in motion. Freight gets lost in the gaps between systems. When a customer asks where their order is, the answer comes from a phone call, not from data. What we build for it: Real-time tracking, route optimisation, fleet and warehouse management, and automated shipping documentation. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Real Estate Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Selling a property before the property exists. Selling off-plan asks the buyer to imagine what they can't see, and most can't. Every in-person viewing costs sales-team hours. What we build for it: Virtual tours, 3D showrooms, unit configurators and property CRM wired to live inventory. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Hospitality Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Operations that flow so the guest never notices them. The guest experience breaks in operations: a booking that never reaches the kitchen or housekeeping becomes a one-star review. What we build for it: Owned booking engines, guest apps, PMS and point-of-sale integration, and back-of-house automation. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Manufacturing Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries A shop floor running on data, not spreadsheets. The plant produces data all day and almost none of it reaches the decision-maker in time. Unplanned downtime is detected once it has already stopped the line. What we build for it: Manufacturing execution systems, AI-assisted quality control, predictive maintenance and live production dashboards. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Energy & Utilities Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Critical infrastructure that can't fail quietly. The grid is monitored by systems that aged and don't talk to each other. An anomaly caught late is an outage, and an outage is a headline. What we build for it: Monitoring and telemetry, anomaly detection, field asset management, and customer portals for usage and billing. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Agritech Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Field decisions made on data, not on habit. Decisions get made on experience and weather with very little measurement. The grower has no way to know what worked until after the harvest. What we build for it: Crop and harvest traceability, field apps that work without signal, sensor monitoring and production planning. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Insurance Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Less friction in quoting, underwriting and claims. Quoting takes days and claims take weeks, almost all of it in manual steps that could already decide themselves. Customers notice exactly when they need you most. What we build for it: Online quoting, underwriting automation, intelligent claims processing, and policyholder and agent portals. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Retail Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries One inventory across the shelf and the screen. Customers see one stock level online and another in store. Every gap between channels is a lost sale and a customer who stops trusting you. What we build for it: Unified inventory, point of sale, loyalty programmes, and behaviour analytics across store and online. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Telecom Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Provisioning and support that survive the volume. Volume turns any friction into cost: if activating a service or closing a ticket needs a person, operations eat the margin. What we build for it: Self-service portals, automated service provisioning, AI support assistants, and billing system integration. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Media & Entertainment Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Content that's played, not just watched. Attention is the product and it's at an all-time low. Linear content competes with everything interactive on the same phone. What we build for it: Interactive and playable experiences, AR brand activations, immersive content and owned distribution platforms. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Construction Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Site and office looking at the same thing, on the same day. Real site progress lives in the foreman's head and in WhatsApp photos. By the time it reaches a report it's history, and the overrun already happened. What we build for it: Progress and budget control, site apps that work offline, drawing document management, and 3D project visualisation. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Nonprofits & Social Impact Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Tools that let a small team account for every peso and every person reached. Impact has to be reported to funders in numbers, and the numbers live in spreadsheets three people maintain by hand. Time that should go to the programme goes to the report. What we build for it: Beneficiary and case management, field data capture that works offline, donation and donor portals, and impact dashboards a funder can read without a call. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Sports & Fitness Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Training, fandom and performance, on the screen the athlete already uses. Performance data is collected constantly and read by almost nobody, and a fan's attention is won or lost between matches, not during them. What we build for it: Athlete and training apps, performance tracking, gamified fitness, VR skills training, and fan platforms with live stats and second-screen experiences. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Pharma & Life Sciences Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Software for work where the audit trail matters as much as the result. Trials, batches and distribution generate evidence that has to survive an inspection years later, and most of it is still stitched together from documents and email. What we build for it: Traceability across the chain, trial and study data capture, VR training on protocols and equipment, and AI-assisted document and literature review. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Museums & Culture Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries Heritage people walk through instead of read plaques about. A collection competes with the phone in the visitor's hand. Explaining an object in two hundred words on a wall lost that fight a long time ago. What we build for it: Immersive tours and reconstructions, WebAR that runs on the visitor's own phone, interactive exhibits, and digitised collections built to be explored. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Industry: Events & Experiences Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/industries The moment is short. Everything around it has to just work. Ticketing, accreditation, the agenda and the activation each come from a different vendor, and they meet for the first time on the day the doors open. What we build for it: Ticketing and accreditation, event apps with live agendas, AR brand activations, interactive installations and post-event analytics. Nolim has capability here but no public case study yet, do not claim delivered work in this sector. ## Project: Domiland Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/portfolio The first metaverse of the Dominican Republic. A virtual country you can walk through: the Colonial Zone and the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration, rebuilt as places to explore and learn from rather than read about. Domiland runs its own economy, with a native currency, events, broadcasts, advertising and virtual property that can be bought, sold and rented. Result: Domiland won the New Technologies category at the World Tourism Organization's Education for the Future program. Punta Cana, DR. Year: 2023. ## Project: El Proceso Penal Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/portfolio Built for the National School of the Judiciary: the criminal procedure code, turned into a game people actually play. Built in Unity for the National School of the Judiciary (Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura), El Proceso Penal walks law students and citizens through Dominican criminal procedure from investigation to sentencing. Mechanics and progression replaced a manual that used to be memorized. Result: El Proceso Penal recognized at the premier Ibero-American judicial innovation awards. Brasilia, Brazil. Year: 2025. Live at https://elproceso.enj.org/. ## Project: SARA Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/portfolio AI decision support for the people who keep the skies safe. An AI assistant for aviation professionals that raises situational awareness and supports operational decisions in real time, developed against EASA Level 1 compliance guidelines. It helps controllers handle more traffic without lowering the safety margin. Result: First place at ENAIRE's air-traffic management challenge, Madrid 2025. Year: 2025. Live at https://saraai.app/. ## Project: Curae Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/portfolio VR training for PCR procedures, during the pandemic. A virtual-reality medical simulator that trained clinical staff on PCR testing before they set foot in a lab, built in Unity in 2021. It was the studio's first immersive healthcare project and set the pattern for the training work that followed. Result: Deployed in live medical training. Year: 2021. ## Project: La Gran Travesía Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/portfolio Civic education on the Constitution, on the phone people already carry. An educational game built for the Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic and the National School of the Judiciary. Players work through the principles of the Dominican Constitution as interactive challenges and scenarios instead of chapters. Result: Built for the Constitutional Court and the ENJ. ## Project: Easy Mobility Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/portfolio A mobility platform built around one operator's exact logic. A fully responsive web platform for a land transportation company, built from scratch around how that operation actually runs (pricing, dispatch and routing), rather than adapted from a generic template. Delivered on time and on budget on a scalable architecture. Result: In production. Live at https://easymobility.app/home. ## Project: JobSpace Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/portfolio Hiring software that matches on signal, not keywords. A web platform connecting talent with employers, built around smart profile matching and a hiring dashboard that shows recruiters what actually moves a candidate forward. Architected for speed and for the load that comes with scale. Result: In production. Live at https://jobspaceapp.com/. ## Where are you based? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs We're a distributed team operating from the Dominican Republic, with Nolim Studios LLC registered in Delaware, United States. We have no walk-in office: we work on Eastern time (ET), which is the same timezone as most of our clients. ## Do you work with clients in the United States? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Yes. We're structured as a Delaware LLC and operate in Eastern time, so you get nearshore cost efficiency without giving up legal structure, communication or delivery standards. We invoice in US dollars. ## What languages do you work in? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Spanish and English, either way. Meetings, documentation and deliverables in whichever your team prefers. ## Who will actually work on my project? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs One team owns it end to end: architecture, interface, QA and the years after launch. There's no handoff between a design agency and a development shop, which is where context gets lost and overruns appear. ## Can I see real projects you've delivered? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Yes. Seven products in production, including Domiland (UN Tourism's New Technologies award), SARA (first place at ENAIRE's air-traffic challenge, Madrid 2025) and El Proceso Penal (J.Ex Innovation Award). They're all in the portfolio with their case. ## What technologies do you use? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs We pick for the problem, not for fashion. In practice: TypeScript, React and Next.js on web; React Native, Flutter and Ionic on mobile; Node.js, Python and Go on the backend; and Unity for games and immersive experiences. If you already have a stack, we work in it. ## How much does a project cost? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs It depends on scope, and anyone who gives you a number without knowing your operation is making it up. What we do give you is a real range, not a magic number, along with the scope and the technical approach, free and in 24-48 hours. ## How do I get a quote? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Fill in the contact form with the context of your operation: what problem you're solving, what you use today, and when you need it. The more context, the more concrete the answer. You get back scope, technical approach and an investment range. ## Do you work with small budgets? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs We work in bands, from under US$10,000 to over US$50,000, and with people who are still exploring. If your budget doesn't cover what you need, we'll say so upfront instead of selling you a cut-down version that won't solve the problem. ## Why don't you publish a price list? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Because we don't build catalogue products. Two projects with the same description can differ threefold in effort depending on integrations, users and compliance requirements. A price list would give you a comfortable, wrong number; we'd rather quote your actual case. ## How long does a project take? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Scope determines timeline. A focused internal tool can be production-ready in 6 to 10 weeks; a full platform with multiple integrations takes longer, and we'll explain exactly why. We don't give timelines before understanding the project. ## What does your process look like? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Six steps, always in this order: quote, written proposal, information gathering, signed contract, development, launch. There is a signed contract before development starts on every engagement, with no exceptions. Each step has something visible to show for it, so you are never waiting months without seeing anything. ## Do we sign a contract before the work starts? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Yes, always. Nothing gets built before a contract is signed, and that is true of every engagement, including the small ones. It sets out the scope, the timeline and the terms of the work, so none of that is left to be settled halfway through. ## Can you work on a project that already exists? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Yes. We start with a technical audit: we read the code, assess the architecture and tell you honestly what it will take to improve or rebuild it. We don't inherit problems without a plan. ## What happens after launch? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs We stay available for updates, fixes and iterations. Software in production needs ongoing attention, and we structure engagements around that from the start rather than as an extra negotiated later. ## Can I talk to someone before deciding? Source: https://nolimstudios.com/en/faqs Yes, and it's what we recommend if you're unsure. Book a 30-minute discovery call: we work out what you need and you leave with the technical approach and a real investment range, with no obligation.
